單色儀光柵已被優(yōu)化，更方便與固定入射狹縫、光柵及出射狹縫組合，與傳統(tǒng)凹面光柵不同，聚焦不會因為闊度增加移動離開出射狹縫。這因為全息校正把這些數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化改善定義，全息設的優(yōu)點在已選擇的波長范圍內作即時抑制散光像差。
